Women's Fitness Kickboxing
This program is a high intensity, fast paced class, designed to get you in shape in record time while learning kickboxing techniques and self-defense and having fun! This class focuses on developing self-confidence, team work, leadership, timing and coordination. The workout consist of calisthenics, stretching heavy bag work, self defense weapons, and kickboxing.
Equipment needed for this class includes, hand wraps, gloves, focus mitts, thai pads, & stability ball.
